1. Parties & Site
"The Operator", "we", "us" and "our" mean Stow & Go, operating a caravan and trailer storage facility at 4 Gross Street, Carrington NSW 2294 ("the Site"). "The Storer", "you" and "your" mean the person or business named below who stores a Vehicle at the Site. "Vehicle" means the caravan, trailer, or similar item stored under this agreement, together with anything left inside or attached to it.
2. Agreement to These Terms
By signing this document electronically, or by leaving a Vehicle at the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form the whole agreement between you and the Operator for the storage of your Vehicle.
3. Storage Fees & Payment
Storage fees are payable in advance as agreed with the Operator. Fees not paid within 7 days of the due date are overdue; a late payment fee may apply and access may be suspended until overdue fees are paid. The Operator may vary storage fees by giving at least 30 days' written notice.
4. Site Access
Gate access hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, unless varied by the Operator. Access is by a personal PIN code which must not be shared. You are responsible for all access and activity using your PIN. Report a lost or compromised PIN as soon as possible.
5. Permitted Use & Vehicle Requirements
The bay may only be used to store the caravan, trailer, or similar vehicle agreed with the Operator. Your Vehicle must be safe and stable, must not leak fluids, and must not be used to store fuel, unisolated gas bottles, hazardous materials, illegal goods, or perishable items. No person may live in or occupy a Vehicle while stored at the Site. No mechanical work, repairs, or refuelling may be carried out at the Site.
6. Insurance & Risk
The Site has perimeter fencing and CCTV monitoring as general security measures — these are not a guarantee against theft, damage, fire, flood, storm, or other loss. You are solely responsible for insuring your Vehicle and its contents for the full period it is stored at the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your Vehicle except to the extent caused by the Operator's own negligence, and nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Term & Termination
Storage continues on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. Either party may end this agreement by giving at least 14 days' written notice. The Operator may end this agreement immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, use the Site unlawfully, or fail to pay fees when due. You must remove your Vehicle from the Site by the agreed date.
8. Overdue Fees & Uncollected Vehicles
If storage fees remain unpaid for more than 60 days, or a Vehicle is left after this agreement ends and is not collected, the Operator may treat the Vehicle as uncollected goods and will act in accordance with the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW), which sets notice periods based on the goods' value (from 28 days for goods under $100 up to 6 months for goods valued $500–$5,000; a court order is generally required for goods over $5,000, which will typically include a caravan or trailer).
9. Your Obligations
Keep your contact details current with the Operator, follow reasonable directions while at the Site, and do not obstruct other bays, driveways, or shared areas.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate the Operator for any claim, loss, damage, fine, or cost reasonably incurred because of your Vehicle or your (or your invitees') acts or omissions at the Site, except to the extent caused by the Operator's own negligence.
11. Privacy
The Operator collects your name, contact details, and Vehicle details only to manage this agreement and your storage booking.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material change.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
14. Acceptance
By typing your name, drawing your signature below, and submitting this form, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
